Retail/Craft Vendor Registration

Participation as a retail/craft vendor in the Concert of Cars 2025. Gates will open at 7:00 am. Set up by 8:30 am opening day of show or forfeit space. Absolutely no breakdown of displays prior to 3:00 pm closing time. Should you break down before the designated breakdown time, you will be disqualified from future shows.

Food sales are not allowed with the retail/craft booths.

Be prepared to show identification upon arrival to confirm your registration.

IMPORTANT:

• REQUIRED: In the special instructions box below. please describe the nature of work to be sold or exhibited
• Exhibitors supply their own display. The appearance of your booth is important. Each participant is responsible for the safety of his or her own exhibit area.
• Notice of acceptance will be made via e-mail. Cancellations must be in writing and received 2 weeks prior to the show for a refund and you will be refunded the full amount MINUS A $10.00 cancellation fee
