Happy Day (whatever day it is) to you all-
I wanted to take a quick moment and start this off with a little hope. I hope during this time you are all doing well and taking care of yourselves and your families. I know that it has been different for all of us. If you need anything, please do not wait to ask. We have an amazing band/guard family in this program with lots of amazing people who will go above and beyond for you. All you need to do is ask.
Camp update-
I don’t really have one for you. Currently all the High School Band Directors have been working with the District to develop a plan for us to try and meet in person. With the daily changing developments in our society it is hard to say what will happen. Please keep the scheduled camp dates (July 25, July 27-Aug 1) open. If we aren’t available to meet in person, we will have some sort of digital camp during that week.
All the show music for the fall can be found HERE - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1UBEBiqzEEDUzRS8tqsdGiu_qH_N8vcDw?uspsharing
Registration Nights-
Since we were unable to do any sort of meeting for next year, we will have two nights for registration coming up. I will be sending out the Registration document that you must fill out (typed), print off, and then bring it in. This will be for ALL MEMBERS. More information about this will come out next week.
Basic information:
In person Registration - July 16th and 17th
Step one – Complete packet for each member
Step two – Turn in your completed registration packet, along with your donation at our In-person Registration date.
See the Donation Schedule for information on our website
Future Members-
If you need an instrument for next year, please email ASAP. I have received some of the instruments back from our music store and they are ready for new homes.
CHARMS –
I believe that all Charms accounts have been created. Now is the time to make sure all information is up to date. If you still need access to an account please let me know.
I/We use charms to send out our emails and text reminders. Please do NOT respond to the text. I know that some of families/members have tried to respond but we do not receive those texts. If you don’t want the reminders, please remove your phone number. If you need something, email is the best!!
With that being said, it is time for all members to go practice. It is beautiful outside, go share your talent of music with the world. Go show someone how to dance, spin, or perform like they never knew they could.
Be Well. Be Safe.
Hope to see you soon.

Good morning and welcome to another week of learning.
Band members - By this time, you should:
SENIORS
Booster meeting is tonight at 7pm via zoom.
KICKOFF Meeting – I will be holding our kickoff meeting on Thursday at 6pm. I will hold this “meeting” via YouTube and you will have the ability to ask questions as well.
Here is the link https://youtu.be/wwR5b6wS4Sc
Color Guard – At this point you should be working on the daily assignments that Rebecca has given you. Make sure you are practicing before you make the videos. We can tell those that are practicing before making videos and those that are just posting video to check a box off. Why waste your time and ours by just settling to just being okay? Strive to be great and push your fellow members!
EVERYONE- Here is the weekly survey. I use this to take attendance. This needs to be completed by Wednesday, midnight.
